Megan graduated from Carleton University with a BA in Communication Studies and completed her post-graduate diploma at Centennial College in Corporate Communications and Public Relations. She has worked in the real estate industry for over five years. Her experience in sales, customer service, administration/reception, content writing, social media, promotional marketing, and public relations at various companies have shaped her to be able to provide an unmatched and well-rounded full-service for her clients.
Megan’s passion for real estate began at an early age when she learnt the power of investing in real estate and her love for architecture, development, design, and teaching her clients how to build their own wealth through real estate. She is strategic, determined, honest, creative, energetic, and friendly. She offers a unique and very hands-on approach to her clients where she is on their side and ready to help, no matter what. Having an investor’s mind-set is what sets her apart, as she understands the value of a dollar, understands good property investments, and pays attention to the current market. This is beneficial for buyers, sellers, and investors, to ensure that your hard-earned dollars are invested and sold appropriately; you will be told the appropriate value of your home, and given honest feedback so you do not overpay for a home you want to purchase. Personal Life
Work hard, play hard is what she lives by. In her free time she enjoys DIY projects and crafts, travelling, hiking, skiing, attending events, dancing, roller blading, drawing, working out, a good Netflix show, and spending time with family and friends.
Megan got married to her husband, Majdi, in October 2021, where she planned the entire Toronto COVID wedding in 2 months, designed all 3 of her wedding outfits, and they performed a choreographed mambo dance. Majdi is the COO and co-owner of Tradogram Inc., a B2B purchasing platform, where he also excels in sales and marketing. They share an adorable, fluffy cat named Ginger and enjoy their home, work projects, and life together.
Her family and friends are very important and she makes sure to be there for them whenever they need. She was fortunate to grow up travelling with her family to many countries around the world and it continues to be one of her greatest passions. Some of her favourite places that she has travelled to include, South Africa, New Zealand, Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, Greece, Hawaii, Croatia, Bali, Thailand, Turkey, Singapore, Bahamas, and more. DIY projects amongst her families properties are very common these days, luckily they are very supportive of one another and help each other regularly.
