The Plan

What started as a need for high-quality photos to promote our team quickly evolved into the idea of having our own content creation space—one that we could use on a recurring basis while also generating revenue.

Our vision for the space includes:

• A dedicated studio for individual and team content creation for social media
• A rental space for events, photographers/videographers, and external workspaces
• A collaborative office space for training, growth, and agent recruitment—offering something unique in the Ottawa market

Designed with a high-end, minimalistic aesthetic, our studio and office spaces will complement one another. With our strong social media presence and community connections, we anticipate this becoming the go-to spot for content creation and collaboration.
