Lauren Fairholm is the Client and Marketing Coordinator for The Reality Group, working closely with Megan Stagg. Since joining the team in April 2023, Lauren has grown from her initial role as an administrative assistant to becoming a vital part of the group’s marketing and client relations. With a background in Communication and Media Studies from Carleton University, Lauren brings a strong foundation in digital marketing and creativity to the real estate field. She is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and supporting administrative operations. Currently pursuing her real estate license, Lauren’s passion for the industry continues to deepen as she helps clients make their real estate dreams a reality.
