Photography has been a part of my life since my early teens when I started shooting at horse shows with
a hand-me-down camera from a family member. What started as a casual summer hobby capturing and
immortalizing the best part of my childhood, turned into a love for capturing all the special moments in
life. After moving to Ottawa in 2018 to study criminology at the University of Ottawa, I took a long
break from photography, but during the pandemic, I picked up my camera again—photographing friends,
refining my skills, and rediscovering my passion.
Now, alongside my full-time job, I focus on portraits and lifestyle photography. My approach is all
about authenticity—helping people see themselves in a way that feels real and true to who they are. The
best part of my work is watching someone’s confidence grow when they see themselves through a new
lens—one that reflects them at their best, just as they are. I see every shoot as a collaborative
effort, finding myself reignited with passion and excitement for this art at the end of every session.
